Recovery Representative Part Time

Position Duties:

  • Establishes contact with delinquent borrowers through telephone calls and letters in order to prompt payment.
  • Verifies and updates customer information.
  • Performs financial review with customer in order to establish a payment plan to recover balance.
  • Offer cash settlements in order to maximize recovery.

Requirements:

  • Mavo – Havo
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Results and people oriented
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer oriented     
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.


Sales Representative

Sales Representative

Contributes to the achievement of business goals through active promotion, sales and customer service, as well as collection efforts. Involves telemarketing and in person approach to prospects within and outside the branch.

Collection Representative

Contributes to the achievement of business goals through collection efforts to past due accounts through telephone calls.


Requirements
  • Customer service or collections experience (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Computer proficiency.
