Employee Referral Program

We’re looking for Representatives with Outstanding Sales Skills

Refer those you know that are outstanding in sales to work with us and EARN Afls. 150 for each!

For each excellent Sales Representative referred by you who successfully completes the probationary period, you EARN Afls. 150.

NO Limit, the more you refer, the more you earn.

Program Rules:

• You must be an active employee to be eligible.
• Valid candidates: friends, former colleagues, neighbors, anyone you have witnessed being outstanding in sales.
• It does not apply to candidates who are relatives (siblings, parents, husbands, cousins, in-laws, children, grandparents, nephews).
• You must complete the referral form with the referred candidate information including the Resume (CV).
• If more than one employee identifies the same candidate, the incentive corresponds to the first one that refers the candidate to Human Resources.
• For the payment of the referral program, the candidate must be hired and pass the six-month probationary period.
• The incentive will not apply If the resume or curriculum vitae had already been received from another source (with evidence).
• The incentive to pay will be Afls. 150 per referred employee.
• You must be an active employee at the time of receiving payment for the referral.
